One of the core concepts of the book Ideas are Free is that small ideas are more important to an organization’s success than big ones. But is that really true?

Heath Row and book co-authors and guest columnists Alan Robinson and Dean Shroeder are exploring this debate in the FastCompany Weblog this week. Heath has even created an online poll to take the pulse of his readers; as of this writing, 83% of respondents think small ideas are more important, while only 16% say big ideas are more important.
