Joyce Wycoff, in the InnovationNetwork Heads Up! e-newsletter, has started a series of articles on what she calls “Personal Innovation Competencies” — skills and competencies that you need to develop if you want to help lead innovation in your organization. This week’s message covers competency #1: “Master Innovators commit to the exploration and
development of new possibilities.”

Joyce says the Personal Innovation Competencies are part of the larger framework of Innovation DNA that she developed with InnovationNetwork co-founder Ruth Ann Hattori.

If you’re not already subscribed to the Heads Up! e-newsletter, you’ll want to do so, because Joyce plans to outline additional competencies in upcoming issues. The Innovation DNA overview is also a must-read, as well as an article that Joyce and Ruth Ann auythored for Training & Development magazine on the Innovation DNA framework.
