IM Channel One FAQs

  1. How long do the Channel One web sessions last?
    We have two formats for IM web sessions. The duration of the Ask the Expert Q&A web sessions is 45 minutes while the IM Expert Roundtable lasts 70 minutes.
  2. What time is the live session in my time zone?
    Please check your local time here.
  3. Do I need a microphone and camera to participate?
    No, only the expert panel is on camera. Our guests (you) can watch, listen, and participate through the chat window and in the live polls.
  4. Are there any technical requirements to participate?
    We recommend the use of a stable Internet connection and a headset on your computer for the best audio experience. In case you are several persons in front of one computer, use external speakers and not built-in laptop speakers for best quality. You can test your computer here. After the test, if you see an install button, click to install.
  5. I signed up for a Channel One webcast, but I did not received the login information.
    The login instructions will be sent to your email a few days before the live session. If the event is approaching and you cannot find the instructions, please check your Spam filter (and add us to your white list!) or send a mail to channelone@innovationmanagement.se
  6. I missed the live session, can I watch a recording?
    All Channel One webcasts are recorded. A mail with a link to the recording will be sent to everyone who signed up for the event. You can also find the archive of previous web sessions here.
  7. I asked a question before or during the live web session but there was not enough time to get an answer.
    In order to ensure that ALL of your questions are answered, you will receive a reply by email if there is not enough time to address your question during the live session.
  8. I have a suggestion for a future panel discussion – how can I share it?
