Lars Andersson

Founding Partner, InnovationManagement.se and The Hard Copy. Lars is an international serial entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in business development. Lars is an economist by profession with extensive management training from the leading global business school IMD in Switzerland and has a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science & psychology.

Previous positions:
Computerland Sweden, Computerland was the world’s leading distributors of Apple and IBM during the 80’s and 90’s. The Personal Computer (PC) was one of the biggest inventions during this time period. Lars held the position of CEO and the challenge was to bring a “game changing” product to the market.

Mediaring Inc. started in 1990 in Singapore with a patented technology in sound and video compression. Mediaring became one of the world’s leading IP Telephone companies. Lars held the position of Senior Vice President in Business Development and spent 10 years building and developing the company. Mediaring did an IPO at the Singapore stock exchange as the first internet technology company in 1999.

Innovation management experience:
Senior Consultant, executing in major innovation programs for multinational companies in the food and clean tech industries. Under Lars’ leadership there were several award-winning innovations, including from the Swedish Ministry of Agriculture.

CEN/TEC 389 Innovation Management was created in November 2008 to support a culture of innovation in Europe and accelerate the access of innovation to both domestic and global markets. Lars held the position as Vice Chairman for the Swedish Committee in the CEN/TC 389 program.

Lars is also a member of an international advisory board in one of the world’s leading research- and innovation management companies.
