Alexander Osterwalder is an entrepreneur, speaker and business model innovator. Together with Professor Yves Pigneur he co-authored Business Model Generation, a global bestseller on the topic of business model innovation. His Business Model Canvas, a tool to visualize, challenge and (re-) invent business models is used by leading organizations around the world, like GE, P&G, Ericsson, and 3M.     Great presentation, thanks a lot Alex. Actually you say nothing about advertisement process of a product i.e. using right adv tools to do your product success. It’s very important phase. Right, a product should be useful but also should be advertised. Also, testing or gathering information about prototype of product should be advertised and used with right tools. Presentation of a prototype should be like something – wow we’ve created a miracle let see and give us what you think about it. Tested customers should be interested to do feedback for your prototype-product.
