Rebeca L. Rivera is the Head of Innovation and Kaizen for Casa Pellas Group. She is responsible for making innovation everybody’s business at Casa Pellas, developing the processes and tools to create an innovation culture that drives both continuous improvement and radical innovations. Rebeca holds a BA in Business Administration from Ave Maria University in Nicaragua and a MSc. in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Universiteit Twente in The Netherlands.
Laurent Letourneux is Innovation Manager at Bombardier Transportation. His responsibility is to define, roll out and monitor the strategy, tools and processes that allow 36.000 minds in 60 countries to efficiently collaborate. He has been leading Bombardier’s recent Open Innovation initiative YouCity. He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and a Master of European Business from the ESCP Europe School of Management.
