What’s so appealing about the members in the middle? They are good at their jobs. They know a lot about the organization and its customers. There are many of them. And they have plenty of latent creative capacity. Why aren’t they using their creative capacity? Simply put, they have not been asked to contribute, and if they have been, they were not given the resources, time, or tools to use their potential, says author Tim Ogilvie.
