As change happens, we must change. We must adapt to new technologies, new theories, new business models, new people and attitudes – sometimes within weeks, or even a day. That’s the nature of our vocation called leadership.


But there’s an interesting question that bears some deep thought here: “While all these other things may change, do the fundamental lessons of great leadership remain timeless?”

Leadership expert Terry Starbucker’s opinion, based on some deep analysis of his leadership timeline, is that these lessons are timeless, but they must be put in the proper context of what’s happening today.
