New member of the Innovation Management team

We are very happy to present Mr Gunjan Bhardwaj as a new member of our team. Gunjan has a lot of knowledge and experience within the field of innovation management that will help us add value to our content. In addition to that he has extensive international experience, including Europe, US and Asia, which will also benefit our readers in different ways, says Mr Lars Percy Andersson, Founder & Managing Director of InnovationManagement.se.

Gunjan Bhardwaj is the leader of the Global Business Performance Think-tank of Ernst & Young. He is also the solution champion for Pricing strategy and effectiveness as well as Innovation management in the advisory services of Ernst & Young and has been doing research on innovation and complexity management as well as marketing.

Why have you chosen to get involved in InnovationManagement.se?

-It is a great platform for learners and practioners of innovation management to learn, collaborate and disseminate their learnings and experiences. It is one of its kind initiative anywhere in the world.

What difference do you think that InnovationManagement.se can make?

-There is a huge gap between the academic work done on innovation management and what practioners need in order to tap the real value through innovation for their organisations. InnovationManagement.se can be the central platform to collaborate and exchange ideas on and around innovation for multiple geographies and create a tremendous impact, being a harbinger for collaboration and innovation learning

What would you say are your particular strengths and assets that you will use in your work with InnovationManagement.se?

-I would use experience from my research and advisory work in order to increase the impact of the platform. My grounding in technology (IIT Bombay) as well as an emerging market India together with a global experience, working with academia and practioners would hopefully enable me with useful inputs for the platform.

Gunjan Bhardwaj will work as an advisor and senior editor at InnovationManagement.se and will also be a member of the editorial board. He will also be very involved in building a source of case studies within innovation management.

Besides his work at Ernst & Young Gunjan is also a guest professor for Growth and Innovation management at European Business School (EBS) in Germany and a member of the scientific advisory board of Plexus Institute in the US which researches on complexity in health sciences.

Gunjan has published a number of papers and articles in various Journals and magazines and has been a frequent speaker in conferences on marketing and innovation related topics. He is also the chief editor of the quarterly journal of Ernst & Young’s advisory practice called Performance.
